Our services

We provide digital marketing services, including performance marketing, talent and influencer management, and social media management. The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each project are set out in a separate proposal, quotation or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Results

Marketing results depend on many things outside our control, including platform algorithms, audience behaviour and market conditions. We work hard for good outcomes, but we do not guarantee specific results such as reach, followers, leads or sales unless the agreement says so in writing.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information and timely approvals.
• Make sure any material you give us (logos, images, product claims) is yours to use and is lawful.
• Follow the rules of the platforms we run campaigns on, including Meta's Advertising Standards.

Fees and payment

Fees, taxes and payment terms are set out in each proposal or invoice. Advertising spend paid to platforms is separate from our fees unless agreed otherwise. Late payment may pause work until accounts are settled.

Intellectual property

Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables created for you, unless the agreement says otherwise. Content made by creators is licensed for the uses agreed with them. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Everything on this website, including the Galaxy Digital name and logo, belongs to us and may not be used without permission.

Confidentiality

We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to deliver our services.

Using this website

The content on this website is for general information. Please don't misuse the site, try to break it, or use it for anything unlawful. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service the claim relates to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
