Privacy Policy

Last updated 30 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Galaxy Digital ("we", "us", "our") handles personal information when you visit this website, contact us, or work with us as a client, creator or partner. We keep it short and plain so it is easy to read.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, or that is needed to run a campaign you are part of:

  • Contact details you send us by email, phone or other channels, such as your name, email address, phone number and company.
  • Business information shared during a project, such as brand briefs, campaign goals and approvals.
  • For creators and influencers we work with: your public profile details, audience and performance figures you or the platform share with us, and payment details needed to pay you.
  • Campaign results from advertising and social platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), reported to us in aggregate.

This website

This website has no sign-up, no contact form and no advertising or analytics trackers, and it does not set cookies of its own. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. Those logs are not used to identify you.

How we use information

  • To reply to your enquiry and keep in touch about work you asked us about.
  • To plan, run, measure and report on marketing and influencer campaigns.
  • To manage contracts, invoices and payments.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to the reasons above.

Who we share it with

We share information only when it is needed to do the work: with the brand or creator on the other side of a campaign, with platforms such as Meta, Instagram, YouTube and Google when running or reporting on campaigns, and with service providers who help us operate (email, file storage, payments, accounting). We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Meta platforms

When we manage Facebook or Instagram pages, ads or lead forms for a brand, any data collected through those tools is processed under Meta's own terms and the brand's privacy policy, and we access it only to deliver the agreed service. Information received through Meta's tools is never sold or used to build profiles outside the campaign it came from.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires (for example, for tax records). After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

Keeping it safe

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, and limit access to the people who need it for their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you promptly if a breach affects you.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other laws that may apply to you, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct or update it, to delete it, or to stop using it. You can also withdraw any consent you have given. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Deleting your data

To have your personal information deleted, including any data we received through Facebook or Instagram, email collabs@galaxydigital.in with the subject "Data deletion request" and tell us the name, email address or social handle we know you by. We will confirm when your data has been deleted, usually within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep part of it.

Children

Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
